The method involves supplying heat to or extracting heat from a provided plastic mixed concrete mortar to adjust the temperature of the provided concrete mortar to a desired predetermined temperature value. The concrete mortar, brought to the predetermined temperature value, is then poured into an intended pouring space. An independent claim is also included for the concrete pouring device.
