The valve has a support (2) placing the valve on an internal capsule of a silencer (1). A support plug bearing a magnet (7) is placed on the support. A mobile valve (3) moves around an axis between an open and closed position. The mobile valve is brought to closed position by a spring. The magnet maintains the mobile valve in closed position until a predefined static pressure of an exhaust line is reached. The magnet is contacted by a metallic support surface of the mobile valve. The static pressure is selected based on the characteristics of an internal combustion engine, the exhaust line, and a required acoustic effect.
