The system has a moving cup (3) that slides in smooth articular cavity (7) of an osseous anchoring shell (1) and on polished ball (4) and smooth neck (6) without bump/notch, of a prosthesis (5) with diaphyseal anchoring. An opening (8) of the cup is contracting towards the cups center and is adapted to be conceived with the widened neck (6) in all positions. The osseous anchoring shell (1) is of rigid bio-compatible material having in its internal concave face a smooth articular cavity (7) that is polished hemispherical and is exempt from bumps, of cavities or of relief. The prosthesis (5) comprises at the part opposed to its diaphyseal anchoring part the polished ball (4) and the neck (6) which is smooth without bump or notch and preferably slightly widened, to enable the physiological articular circular movement with soft friction.
