The device has two shutters wound on respective rolling shafts. A manual driving device has a driving wheel (20) connected to one shaft, and surrounded by a traction unit (25) that drives it. The unit (25) can be pulled outside the two lateral closing caps by means of a back passage opening (27) of the cap. A return device (29) linked to the unit (25) is provided in the passage opening. The rolling shafts are supported on the two lateral closing caps of a common case.
