PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive heater device of high usability, capable of easily drying and heating shoes at any place. SOLUTION: Two electric heaters 2R, 2L are put in the wet shoes, each of the electric heaters 2R, 2L generates the heat only by being connected with a 9V square type battery 4 to dry the shoes 6. The electric heaters 2R, 2L are connected to each other by an electric cord 3 supplying the power from a power source to each of two electric heaters 2R, 2L, and the electric cord 3 is provided with a connection terminal 5 for connecting the battery 4 as the power source.
