PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a diaphragm pump used for supplying compressed air. SOLUTION: A first valve body 47 is a check valve for regulating the fluid flowing into an intake passage 72 from a pump room 91. A second valve body 48 is a check valve for regulating the fluid flowing into a pump room 92 from an exhaust passage 76. The first valve body 47 and the second valve body 48 are formed integrally with a diaphragm 4. The first valve body 47 is formed integrally with opening end of respective diaphragm portions 41 of the diaphragm 4 so as to protrude outward from the center of the diaphragm 4.
