PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure to enhance the strength of a hanging member and a projecting part and to stabilize support to a reinforcement to positively hold the cover. SOLUTION: A spacer S for a reinforced concrete wall provided between a reinforcement assembly T and one form K in providing forms K on both sides of the reinforcement assembly T with horizontal reinforcements Ta and vertical reinforcements Tb arranged in grated shape and pouring concrete between the forms K to form the reinforced concrete wall, is provided with the hanging member 20 having a locking part 10 locked to the horizontal reinforcement Ta, at one end and hung from the horizontal reinforcement Ta by the locking part 10, and the projecting part 30 protrusively provided at the other end of the hanging member 20 to abut on the form K. The hanging member 20 is formed of a metal plate 21 with a length laid between the adjacent horizontal reinforcements Ta, and the projecting part 30 is formed of concrete 32.
