PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web application system capable of easily extending a function. SOLUTION: A program for realizing various image processing functions is called and started as necessary in a DLL file 20, and the designation of the DLL file 20 and a parameter required for image processing when the image processing function of the DLL file 20 is realized are described in a parameter file 26. A server device 14 selects and starts the DLL file 20 whose designation is described in the parameter file 26, and realizes the image processing function of the DLL file 20, and carries out image processing by the realized function according to the parameter described in the parameter file 26.
