A valve arrangement (10) includes a valve member (12), which rotates continuously in one sense. A port (18) receives pressurised working fluid. Ports (20m22) connect the valve (10) to an actuator. Port (24) is a return port. The generally cylindrical head (28) of the member (12), within the housing (14), is formed to cooperate with the ports to create reciprocation in the actuator. It is preferred to provide some vibration of the member (12), to assist in overcoming the effects of friction. |
