PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional technology that it is impossible to easily perform setting in order to perform proper processing according to the perusal conditions of a document file. SOLUTION: A providing part 700 executes desired macro preliminarily set by a macro setting part 400 based on the instruction of a macro executing part 500. The macro is executed when it is decided that conditions for macro execution stored in a macro storing part 250 are fulfilled by a perusal detecting part 300 which detects the perusal of a document. Thus, it is possible to control the macro execution processing according to the perusal conditions of a document file, and to provide a document management technology whose convenience is high.
