PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily allow use without using a human hand by solving the problems of being obliged to move a pylon by asking another person or being obliged to move the pylon by oneself by getting out of a car due to becoming difficult for a healthy person to stop and further becoming difficult for a physically handicapped person to stop when arranging a wheelchair mark display and the pylon in the form of a parking space specially for the physically handicapped person. SOLUTION: The movable pylon is arranged in a central part of the specially using parking space. The wheelchair marked pylon is fixed to a carriage with a wheel incorporated with a power spring type wire reel. The end of a wire is fixed to the parking space central part. This structure can be formed as a structure of only requiring the physically handicapped person to push and stop the pylon by an automobile in parking. Labor is not required since the pylon automatically returns up to an original position by spring force when going out as it is at delivery time. This is also a structure using a spring for longitudinally moving the pylon by uniform force without flawing the automobile by using the pylon having proper hardness. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
