METHOD FOR THE COMPUTER-ASSISTED PROCESS CONTROL OF A FRAGMENTATION SYSTEM

Disclosed is a fragmentation system comprising a Marx generator and two electrodes which are connected thereto and the tips of which are placed at a n adjustable distance from each other. Said fragmentation system is used for electrodynamically fragmenting fracture-like, solid material, wherefore the entire intermediate space between the electrodes is located in a processing liquid. A discharge channel is created in the intermediate space between the electrodes when the spark gap of the Marx generator breaks down. The point i n time TD when such a fully distinct discharge channel ha s been created and the electric resistance RE of said discharge channe l make up the two variables RE, TD for controlli ng the fragmentation system.
