PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a sufficient AV message recording function without increasing the memory capacity and the price of each visual telephone. SOLUTION: If a connection request is made from a visual telephone 1(101) when a visual telephone 2(104) is in a message recording mode, the visual telephone 2(104) transfers the connection request from the visual telephone 1(101) to an AV message recording server 190. The AV server 190 establishes a connection between the AV server 190 and the visual telephone 1(101), and receives / accumulates a message addressed to the visual telephone 2(104) from the visual telephone 1(101).
