PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system capable of improving usability of a portable terminal device for a user. SOLUTION: When image information is carried by an electronic mail addressed to a registered user, the image format of the image information file is transformed into a format specified by the user and stored. Thereby, the user of a mobile communication terminal PDA can display facsimile image information addressed to himself on the screen of the moving body communication terminal PDA, which is very convenient.
