<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor cabinet that facilitates the mounting or detaching of a roof body on or from the top surface of a box at an installation site, and keeps a water-proof property even with the roof body detached. <P>SOLUTION: The outdoor cabinet comprises a box 1 that has an door 2 that can be freely opened and closed in front and the roof body 5 that has a roof body 51 and a visor 52 on the frond side is mounted on the top surface of the box 1. In this cabinet, locking portions 3a, 4a that do not pass through the box are provided on external surfaces 53, 54 positioned facing each other at the upper part of the box 1. The roof body 5 has a pair of roof side plates 53, 54 that dangle from the roofing body portion 51 and face the outside of the external surfaces of the box 1. Locked portions 6a, 7a are provided at positions facing the locking portions 3a, 4a on the roofing side plates 53, 54.
