PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acrylic resin having excellent heat resistance, appearance and dimensional stability; and to provide an acrylic resin plate and a method for producing the resin plate. SOLUTION: The acrylic resin comprises 20-50 mass% cyclohexyl methacrylate unit, 5-45 mass% mono-ethylenic unsaturated monomer unit containing an alkyl methacrylate unit having a 1-4C alkyl group, and 35-70 mass% polyfunctional (meth)acrylate unit having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups.
