PURPOSE: A moving displacement measuring apparatus for safety diagnosis of a construction is provided to prevent the construction from collapsing by installing the moving displacement measuring apparatus and periodically checking the displacement of a vertical part of the construction. CONSTITUTION: A moving displacement measuring apparatus for safety diagnosis of a construction has a fixed anchor(300) installed on a lower end of the construction(100) and a wall. A base measuring unit(210) and a wall measuring unit(220) are fixed to each other by means of a coupling nut(310). When the construction moves, movement of a vertical part of the construction is detected by using a vertical notch-mark plate(216) and a cylinder notch-mark plate(214). The base measuring unit(210) has a flange(212) including a coupling hole(211).
