PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the distortion of a display image in a head-up display where display light from a display unit is enlarged and reflected by a plurality of reflection mirrors. SOLUTION: A plane including the curvature maximum (minimum) line L1max of a first reflection surface 33a and a normal Z1 at an optional point on the line L1max is defined as a first plane F1, and a plane including the curvature maximum (minimum) line L2max of a second reflection surface 34a and a normal Z2 at an optional point on the line L2max is defined as a second plane F2. Then, the display unit 32 is arranged so that the optical axis of display light K1 emitted from the display unit 32 may be parallel with the first plane F1, and a first reflection mirror 33 is arranged so that the first plane F1 may be parallel with the second plane F2. Thus, degree that the symmetry of enlargement and reduction on the display image m1 reflected by the surface 33a is spoiled because it is reflected by the surface 34a is restrained, so that the distortion of the display image displayed as a virtual image is restrained.
