PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation reducing device capable of coping with the case where a supporting column member is provided at a central portion of an oscillating body. SOLUTION: The oscillation reducing device reduces the oscillation of a float generated when outer force such as wind operates on a wind power generation plant in which a wind power generator 3 is provided at the upper end of a post 13 erected on the float 2. It comprises two arm bodies 23, 24 arranged on the float 2 at rest turnably around the post 13 and provided in the radial directions, respectively, dead weights 25, 26 movably provided on the arm bodies in the longitudinal directions, an inclinometer 31 provided on the float, turning devices 27, 28 for turning the arm bodies, moving devices 29, 30 for moving the dead weights, and a control device for inputting an inclination detected by the inclinometer and outputting turning commands and moving commands to the turning devices for the arm bodies and the moving devices for the dead weights, respectively, to reduce the oscillation of the float.
