PURPOSE: An overpressure safety of an aerosol receptacle is provided to prevent explosion of the aerosol receptacle by installing a safety valve to a sub-housing and to keep the outside of the aerosol receptacle clean. CONSTITUTION: In an aerosol receptacle, a housing(30) is fastened to a mounting cap(10) assembled to the upper part of a receptacle body(2) and a valve stem(20) elastically supported via a spring(40) is fastened to the inside of the housing. An opening and shutting seal(50) is inserted between the upper end of the housing and the mounting cap, to open and shut an orifice(23) formed to the valve stem and to adjust the entrance and exit of a fluid in the receptacle. In an overpressure safety of the aerosol receptacle, a main receiving groove(31) in which the valve stem and the spring are built in, and a fluid inlet(32) communicating with the main receiving groove are each formed to the center of the housing. A sub-housing(60) with a relief hole(61) is integrally formed on a side of the housing. A sub-receiving groove(62) is formed to the inner upper part of the sub-housing. The bottom of the sub-receiving groove communicates with the relief hole and the upper end of the sub-receiving groove communicates with a discharge hole(12) formed to the mounting cap. A safety valve(70) selectively opening and shutting the relief hole according to the internal pressure of the aerosol receptacle is built in the sub-receiving groove. |
