ENGINE STARTING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine starting device for a vehicle capable of facilitating assurance of an installation space of a portable machine in an instrument panel.

SOLUTION: In the instrument panel 14 inside a cabin, an ignition switch 13 for starting the engine of the vehicle 1 is disposed ahead of a driver's seat. In the ignition switch 13, an operation button 12 is integrated with a retaining case 15 as a retaining member, and the retaining case 15 is stored in a storage portion 17 formed inside the instrument panel 14.
