<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable television receiver enabling a user to view the same program the user is viewing by another television receiver without interruption. <P>SOLUTION: The portable television receiver has a receiving circuit for selectively receiving the signals of a frequency channel according to the operation of the user, of television broadcast radio waves, and outputting at least a video signal and a voice signal. The receiving circuit is provided with an antenna 5, a tuner 6 and a demodulator 7. The receiver is also provided with a memory 11 for storing the frequency channel information representing the selected frequency channel, and a transmitting means for transmitting the frequency channel information stored in the memory 11 to control the frequency channel to be selected by a stationary television receiver 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
