The rectangular casing has a hinged door at one end and at the other a vertical, axially sliding wall fixed to one of the loose detachable floor plates which can be slid axially by a cable made fast esp. to the one carrying the ejector wall. The cheese moulds have perforated loose floor plates and side wall plates, the wall plates nearest the ejector having flanges mating with it. |
