URETHANE ELASTOMER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane elastomer which has high strength and high durability against bending. SOLUTION: A tooth rubber layer 12 and a back rubber layer 22 are formed from a urethane elastomer. The urethane elastomer is produced by curing a urethane mixture injection liquid obtained by compounding a curing agent with a mixed urethane prepolymer which is a mixture of the first and second urethane polymers. The first urethane prepolymer is synthesized from the first polylol and a diisocyanate. The second urethane prepolymer is synthesized from the second polylol and a diisocyanate.
