MONITORING DEVICE OF PASSENGER CONVEYOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device of a passenger conveyor capable of easily determining degree of accumulation of foreign matters such as dust below a return passage side of footstep from obtained monitoring images. SOLUTION: A support column 5 provided with an index 6 for determining amount of accumulation of foreign matters such as dust 7 is erected in the vertical direction on an oil pan 3 below the return passage side of the footstep 2. Image including the support column 5 erected on the oil pan 3 is acquired by an image acquiring part 4 to send it to a portable terminal unit 8 in order to confirm to which part dust 7 is accumulated using the index 6 of the support column 5 as reference by observing images displayed on the portable terminal unit 8.
