PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private mobile communication system which can dispense with the limitation on the installation sites of a base station, and can enlarge a moving range of a communicable mobile terminal. SOLUTION: Central units 10 and 40 having a private switching function, base stations 11 and 41 and a mobile terminal management server 50 are connected with a LAN 70. The server 50 has a table indicating the correspondence between an ID of each mobile terminal and an ID of the central unit which it belongs to. The base stations 11 and 41 acquire and store the ID of the central unit of the mobile terminal existing in their own communication areas from the table of the server 50, and send communication of the mobile terminal to its central unit according to the stored ID of the central unit.
