PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler capable of solving a problem wherein a conventional stapler used for paper such as printing materials, can provide a gutter only up to some centimeters as a fixed hinge hinders. SOLUTION: A hinge part is made free to fix and remove by mounting a magnet 1 and a magnet 2 respectively on a needle case B and a bottom part C. Additionally, a lateral hole 5 is made so as to install a ruler to precisely use the hinge part and it is fixed with a fastener 6.
