OZONE WATER MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water manufacturing system in which the ozone concentration can be recovered in a short time when the ozone concentration of ozone water in an ozone water storage device decreases. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with: an ejector 2 which manufactures ozone water by using gaseous ozone supplied from a gaseous ozone generator 1; an ozone water reservoir 3 which stores the ozone water manufactured by the ejector 2; an ozone concentration measuring apparatus 7 to measure the ozone concentration of the ozone water stored in the ozone water reservoir 3; an ejector 10 which mixes the gaseous ozone supplied from a gaseous ozone generator 9 with the ozone water stored in the ozone water reservoir 3 to manufacture ozone water of high ozone concentration; and a circulation pump 11 which supplies the ozone water stored in the ozone water reservoir 3 to the ejector 10 and also supplies the ozone water manufactured by the ejector 10 to the ozone water reservoir 3.
