PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirrer equipped with a plurality of stirring blades spreading in the radial directions from a rotating shaft, and to provide a stirring tank to which the stirrer is attached in order to perform stirring efficiently and thoroughly in the tank while suppressing generation of vortex. SOLUTION: The stirrer is equipped with a rotation shaft 22, a plurality of stirring blades 231 spreading in the radial directions from the rotation shaft 22, and a baffle plate 25 disposed fixedly above the stirring blades 231 and extended upward.
