AIR INTAKE STRUCTURE OF WASHING/DRYING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air intake structure of washing/drying machine which makes it possible to securely prevent sucking of dirt or dust into a blower in a drying process, to prevent mixing of the dirt and dust in hot air supplied to laundry, and to prevent decreasing of an amount of blown air so as to prevent abnormally high temperature of the hot air for improving safety. SOLUTION: The washing/drying machine has an outer casing and a water tub arranged inside the outer casing. A washing/dehydrating tub has many dehydration holes and is rotatably arranged inside the water tub. A hot air supplying means is provided for supplying the hot air from an upper side of the washing/dehydrating tub into the washing/dehydrating tub in the drying process. An opening is formed in the outer casing for taking outside air for the hot air supplying means. A fan casing 23 is mounted to the opening, and an auxiliary filter 25 is fixed to an outside air intake 24 formed in the fan casing 23.
