A scaffold bracket attachment system for securing scaffold brackets to concrete wall formwork. The scaffold bracket attachment system includes a first segment with a plurality of first apertures and at least one second aperture, a second segment 30 extending transversely from the first segment, and an extended portion having at least one third aperture extending downwardly from the second segment 30. A conventional scaffold bracket is attached to the first segment with fasteners extending through the first apertures. The second segment 30 extends behind a vertical board member of a form system and the extended portion is positioned adjacent a horizontal board member of the form system. Fasteners are extended through the second aperture and the third aperture to engage the form system.
