PURPOSE: A safety valve of a hot-water supply system in a water purifier of a handle-pull type having a spring built out and the manufacturing method are provided to prevent the taste of water from being spoiled by corrosion of a spring, to prevent a horizontal control rod from operating by an unintentional impact, and to make the assembling simplified. CONSTITUTION: A safety valve of a hot-water supply system in a water purifier comprises a valve body(1), a hot-water supply pipe(2) supporting the valve body and supplying hot water, a horizontal control unit(3) controlling the supply of hot water, and a vertical control unit(4) control discharge of hot water. The valve body has space formed inside, threads formed at the rear and top end to couple the hot-water supply pipe, the vertical control unit, and a vertical cap(14), a valve protrusion(23) formed at the front end to couple the horizontal control unit and horizontal cap, and a discharge outlet for hot-water formed at the lower end. The hot-water supply pipe has threads formed at the rear and top end to couple the valve body and the purifier body, and a guide plate formed inside to guide movement of a horizontal control rod(5). In the horizontal control unit, the horizontal, a spring(8a), a horizontal cap(9), and a handle(10) are assemble in one. In the vertical control unit, a vertical rod(11), a vertical cap(14), a feed water lever(15), and a pin(16) are assembled in one. Therefore, the supply and discharge of hot water is controlled double, and hot water is simply taken by operating the feed water lever at need.
