PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin sheet capable of closely and strongly adhering to an adherend even if it has an uneven surface, capable of being easily peeled off by a stimulation without fracture of the adherend even when the adherend is extremely fragile such as thin IC chip, and capable of being used in a direct adhering of the adherend and in various adhesive products. SOLUTION: The adhesive resin sheet comprises an adhesive resin containing a gas-generating agent which permits generation of a gas by a stimulation and showing flowability by heating or pressurizing.
