PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher and a hydraulic hoisting apparatus for a machine of specifications for demolishing in a hydraulic excavator, which crushes an upper structure and a foundation (a footing), or the like, of a building by an identical crusher and, in addition, at the time of crushing work for the upper structure of the building, can lift, by its own power, parts, or the like, upon breakage of a part of heavy machinery and crushers. SOLUTION: In the crushing work for the upper structure of the building by the crusher, crushing is carried out according to an ordinary manner. In addition, regarding the crushing of the foundation (footing), and the like, a variable speed stopper 2 is mounted in a vertically reversed manner to cause ordinary opening/closing width + width (a). Thus, crushing of the foundation (footing), or the like, becomes possible. Further, regarding a breakage during the crushing work for the upper structure and equipment lifting work, a mounting piece 7 is welded to the lower part and center part of a boom of the machine of specifications for demolishing to connect a mission-incorporated hydraulic motor hoisting apparatus 9 through a connection mounting pin 10, whereby the parts can be lifted in the opening by the own power.
