PURPOSE: A back light assembly is provided to improve optical efficiency and an assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A back light assembly(600) includes the first light-emitting part, the second light-emitting part, a reflecting plate(300), and a driver. The first light-emitting part includes the first lamps(100) arranged in the first direction to generate the first beam. The second light-emitting part includes the second lamps(200) arranged in the first direction and located in regions corresponding to the regions between adjacent first lamps to generate the second beam. The reflecting plate is located under the first and second light-emitting parts to reflect the first and second beams. The driver drives the first and second lamps. One end of each of the first lamps is located in the second light-emitting part and one end of each of the second lamps is arranged in the first light-emitting part.
