PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper for speaker and a speaker using the damper capable of reducing stiffness even in the case of the damper of which the supporting movable part consists of a plurality of arm structures and even in a small-sized speaker, further with less change of speaker characteristics even by long-term use and without generating a failure. SOLUTION: The damper for speaker is provided with an inner peripheral part to be joined with a voice coil bobbin, an outer peripheral part to be joined with a frame and the supporting movable part for coupling the inner peripheral part with the outer peripheral part, and the supporting movable part is provided with an arm part and an elastic joint part consisting of material with hardness different from that of the material constituting the arm part.
