PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a body case have a profound and high-grade external appearance and to enhance the structural strength by surely forming a non-rotating body outer case including three-dimensional plane, in a small size electrical apparatus having a body case comprising a plastic inner case and a metal-plate outer case covering the outer surface of the inner case. SOLUTION: This small-size electrical apparatus is so formed that the outer case 182 comprises a pair of front/rear partition cases 191 and 912, and a wall structure including the three-dimensional plane and ridges 197 and 207 along the boundary of adjoining planes are clearly formed by press working. The outer surface of the inner case 181 is covered with the metal plate partition cases 191 and 192 to make its external appearance profound and high grade and enlarge the width of the case design. The body case 1 is constituted of inner/outer double structure of the inner case 181 and the outer case 182, so that the structural strength of the body case 1 can be improved.
