<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency induction-heating coil body for a pin part of a crankshaft in which a heating time can be shortened without causing following defects even if the number of revolution of the crankshaft is increased in the case of heating and hardening the pin part of the crankshaft, , . <P>SOLUTION: In the coil body 20 for high-frequency induction-heating the outer peripheral surfaces of the pin part 11 of the crankshaft 10, when the outer peripheral surfaces of the pin part 11 are induction-heated and hardened while following the coil body 20 to the revolving pin part 11 during rotating the crankshaft 10 with the center axis X of the crankshaft 10 as a center, the coil body 20 is placed on the outer peripheral surface of the pin part 11, thereafter a second guide member 24 driven with a guide member driving part 25 in a first following defect preventive mechanism 23 disposed in the coil body 20 is oppositely disposed so as to surround through a few interval d0 to the outer peripheral surface of the pin part 11 from an opening hole side S of the coil body 20 without facing a high-frequency induction-heating coil body 21 on the outer peripheral surface of the pin part 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
