<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method of cutting a liquid crystal display panel in cutting and dividing many liquid crystal display panels surface-attached to a large sized glass substrate into a practical product size in the manufacture process of the liquid crystal display panel. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of cutting the liquid crystal display panel in scribing a scribe line 2 using a wheel cutter 1 on the large sized glass substrate 4 constituting the liquid crystal display panel and cutting and dividing it into the sizes of a plurality of the practical products in the manufacture process of the liquid crystal display panel, a camera 9 moving on the scribe line 2 synchronized with the movement of the wheel cutter 1 is mounted direct after the wheel cutter 1 to capture the state of the scribe line 2 being scribed as a camera image.
