PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test program automatic generation method suitable for generating a test program used for a test during compiler development. SOLUTION: Program cells are combined by a program cell combination unit 130 by using random numbers generated by a random number generator 120 with program cell information 110 and cell weight information 111 being input, and a compiler test program 140 is automatically generated.
