A fluorescent light includes a base (3) and an illuminating tube (4) having two ends (41) mounted to the base (3). The illuminating tube further has two winding illuminating tube sections (42) respectively extending from the ends (41) of the illuminating tube in a direction away from the base and merging with each other at an apex (43). The winding illuminating tube sections are so configured that the winding illuminating tube sections are spaced from each other except the apex when viewed from a plane orthogonal to a longitudinal axis (X) of the fluorescent light. The illumination provided by the fluorescent light is thus more uniform. <IMAGE>
