PURPOSE: A toothbrush including toothpaste is provided to enable a user to carry a toothbrush and a toothpaste by storing the toothpaste as needed in a cylinder and combine the cylinder and the toothbrush bar, and to brush teeth by separating the cylinder and the toothbrush bar and pressing out the toothpaste as stored in the cylinder. CONSTITUTION: The toothbrush including toothpaste, in which a toothbrush bar(20) has one end with toothbrush bristles(21), comprises a cylinder(30) connected with the other end of the toothbrush bar(20). The cylinder has one end with a guide groove being detachable from or attachable to the other end of the toothbrush bar; and the other end with a handle(33); a guide projection(41) on the circumference; a piston with a female screw inside; and a transferring screw(42). The transferring screw(42) is connected and rotated as the handle(33) is rotated. The piston(40) connected to the transferred screw stores or presses out a toothpaste as the guide projection(40) is connected to the guide groove not to be rotated and reciprocated inside the cylinder(30).
