PURPOSE: A multipurpose holder is provided to mount a shelf, an advertisement board, a mirror and the like properly according to its purpose of use. CONSTITUTION: The holder comprises: an angle control opening(14) which is formed on the rear side of a concave feed tool(13) with both left and right sides penetrated through; a coil spring(5) which is inserted into the angle control opening; a rotation control tool(6) which has an outer diameter to be inserted into the angle control opening and which is elastically slidably inserted into both sides of the angle control opening with a plurality of concave recesses(61) such as a gear blocked against a plurality of projections(15) formed on the inner peripheral face of the angle control opening; and an angle control portion(23) which is formed with a plurality of ridge projections(24) and through holes(25).
