PURPOSE: Provided is a negative ionic antibacterial agent, which has negative ion and far-infrared emitting effect such as the blood purification, the cell activation, the immune increase, the air cleaning, the growth promotion and functions favorable on the nervous system, hypertension and blood circulation with antibacterial effect. CONSTITUTION: The negative ionic antibacterial agent is prepared by the method comprising the steps of: preparing a negative ion powder by mixing Tourmaline powder with Thorium powder; dissolving a finely pulverized silver powder with nitric acid in a dissolving tank while heating and adding sodium hydroxide solution(pH 13) to obtain the silver powder of pH 7; dissolving the silver powder in the solution prepared by dissolving palladium chloride, tartaric acid and hydrochloric acid in water to obtain the silver solution; and mixing the silver solution with the negative ion powder, drying and pulverizing.
