FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for detection of breast pathology. Method for assay of occult blood in secretions from breast involves mixing secretions taken from breast nipple with reagent representing a mixture of azopyram with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution taken in the ratio = 1:1. Then chromatography analysis is carried out and occult blood in secretions from breast is determined by visual method by the presence of violet-blue color converting to syringe or brown color. Method provides carrying out the determination of occult blood in secretions from breast on early diagnosis stage rapidly, simply with sufficient reliability. ^ EFFECT: improved assay method. ^ 4 tbl |
