FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out anorectal manometry to detect average maximum value of sphincter's tonicity at rest for 4 age groups of healthy children. Moreover, average maximum value of sphincter's tonicity at rest in children aged 1-3 yr corresponds to 57.5 mmHg, 4-6 yr - 71.5 mm Hg, 7-10 yr - 103.0 mm Hg and 11-15 yr - 112.5 mm Hg. One should determine average maximum value of sphincter's tonicity at rest in tested child to compare with the same value in healthy children and at deviation by 6% and more it is possible to detect initial stage of functional disorders in anorectal area. The method enables to increase reliability of diagnostics, shorten terms to perform diagnostic procedures and decrease traumaticity of the trial conducted. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. ^ 2 ex, 2 tbl |
