FIELD: manufacture of decorative materials for facing and lining of buildings. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed thermo-module line includes framework with thermo-modules arranged on it; thermo-modules include thermal hoods with thermal molds, heat-insulating covers and retainers; proposed line is also provided with hoisting transporting unit made in form of movable carriage and some drive hoists located under thermal hoods. Line is provided with trolleys with platforms for placing thermal molds and heat-insulating covers on them for engagement with hoists. Working platform of each trolley is provided with aperture for motion of hoists and framework is provided with guides for trolleys. Line is equipped with additional carriage which is movable along line and is used for heat-insulating covers. ^ EFFECT: increased productivity; enhanced reliability. ^ 2 cl, 13 dwg |
