PURPOSE: A disposable food container using an aluminium foil is provided which enables the aluminum foil to prevent harmful chemical substance generally called an environmental hormone from leaching from the inner surface of the container when hot water is poured into the container, and is manufactured in a cost efficient, technically easy manner using a roller and a mold. CONSTITUTION: The disposable food container comprises: an aluminum foil reinforcement(3) made of paper, vinyl or non-woven fabric for reinforcing handling strength of an aluminum foil; an outer coating(4) made of a synthetic resin, paper or a mixture thereof; and an inner coating(5) made of an aluminum foil. |
