PURPOSE: A portable backbone straightening machine is provided to reduce manufacturing cost remarkably owing to the small amount of elements and a simple structure and to adopt in a case of having more than two heads because of being able to obtain sufficient shock power by adjusting strength of spring. CONSTITUTION: The portable backbone straightening machine includes: a hollow type end cap(10) which can open one end thereof and has a thread(73) therein; a body(40) which is connected to the thread(73) of the end cap(10) in one end thereof by a screw, has a penetration hole therein, and has a bridging jaw formed by being projected; a stroke member which is allowed at the upper part of the bridging jaw and has a slide hole therein; a first spring(20) which is supported on the end cap(10) in one end thereof and supported on the stroke member(30) in the other end; a compression and release unit which is shocked by the stroke member(30); and a transfer unit(70) which is connected to the other end of the body(40) to be possibly slid and transfers a stroke power received from the stroke member(30).
