PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent troubles caused by coupling errors by allowing a nut member and a bracket to be properly coupled with each other. SOLUTION: A screws shaft 6, a nut member 5, a plurality of balls 7 interposed between screw grooves 6a and 5a of these members, and a bracket 8 fitted to the nut member. A plurality of engagement parts are provided on the bracket 8 along the peripheral direction thereof. Engaged parts with the engagement parts engaged therewith are formed in the nut member 5, and the bracket 8 is coupled with the nut member 5 at a specified angle by the engagement of the engagement parts with the engaged parts. The engagement parts are, for example, protruded parts 8e and 8f protruded inwardly in the radial direction including a stopper 8f for the screw shaft 6, and the engaged parts are, for example, recessed parts 5e and 5f with the protruded parts 8e and 8f engaged therewith.
